HoopDimes and our payment process submit the refund immediately and make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund:

Simply e-mail us at the e-mail above, citing your order number and reason for wanting a refund. Once we’ve had a chance to review the request, we will be in touch about the refund process. An address to return the item(s) will be provided; shipping cost is the sender’s responsibility. Once you provide us a tracking number, we will start the refund process.
